When you make your booking you get to choose:

Prior to your scheduled time slot we will create a disk images tailored to your booking and associate your chosen hardware with the disk image, and power it on. This will last for the duration of your booking. We will also update our remote access system, creating your account and password, ready for you to log on.

When you log on, you will see a screen with the computer booked represented by an icon or icons in the case of a multiple order. Clicking on the icons will reveal the relevant machines desktop. A private disk area will have also been created in the setup phase for you to transfer files to or from.
